A: We accept online payments via GCash, Maya, and bank transfer

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Our standard shipping fee is ₱100 nationwide. Orders above ₱2,000 qualifies for free shipping.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy

Q: Can I get my order faster?
A: If you are within Metro Manila and need your order urgently, you may arrange for a Lalamove/Grab pickup if the stock is physically available. Please coordinate with us first before booking a rider.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. Stay tuned for updates!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and includes the original packaging and hangtags. Kindly refer to our Return and Exchange Policy

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds, but approved returns will be issued a store voucher for future purchases. Kindly refer to our Return and Exchange Policy
