1. Introduction
Welcome to Exploaré! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. General Conditions

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our website.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Product Information & Orders

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, and images. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund if necessary.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in PHP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payment via GCash, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders via GCash or bank transfer are processed upon payment confirmation.
  • COD orders include a fixed ₱50 COD fee on top of the delivery fee. Once a COD order is placed, we’ll notify you through message with your order summary. We will be sending you an email or a message via text for confirmation of your order. No order confirmation within 2 days will lead to order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to process and ship orders within the specified timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping fees are standard of 100 PHP for any part of the country.

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer refunds; however, we provide store vouchers for eligible returns.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, designs, and images, is the intellectual property of Exploaré and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Exploaré is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
