Eligibility for Return and Exchange

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

The original packaging and hangtags must be included and in proper condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Process for Return and Exchange

Contact us via email at exploare.sales@gmail.com or in any of our social media accounts with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange or issue a store voucher equivalent to the item's price.

Store Voucher Policy

Approved returns will be refunded as a store voucher that can be used for future purchases.

Store vouchers do not expire and can be used on any item in our store.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.
